Chef Carla Sinteff
Chef Carla Sinteff has worked as an executive chef for the past 7 years and has been in the industry for 15 years. She established herself as an executive chef after attending Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte.
She served as the Executive Chef of The String Bean in Belmont, NC and won many accolades from customers.. She moved to Sales at Dean & Deluca South Park-and served for four years setting sales records in the catering department.] Carla then accepted a challenge at Five & Dine in Rock Hill, SC, as the Executive Chef and GM.
Chef Sinteff has been cooking since she could reach the stove and her dream has always been to have her own business. Sprouts Cafe is the realization of that dream. As Chef Carla Sinteff she is now able to create her menu and manage as her creativity guides her. She is extremely outgoing and takes a genuine interest in the lives of others.
She he was born in 1987 in Charlotte, North Carolina. Her husband, Joshua Sinteff, is a mechanic. They reside in Fort Mill, South Carolina with three dogs they call their children, two of which are rescues. Carla and Joshua enjoy outdoors, sports and adventures together.
She is inspired by foodie parents Wayne and Shirley, who support and follow her in all life adventures. She is grateful for a wonderful family and all the support along with it
Her passion is cooking. Just ask her to show you the subtle tattoo she has on her forearm. Carla has great plans for Sprouts Cafe including special “Wine Dinners, Oyster Roasta” and outside entertainment on those beautiful Carolina Spring, Summer and Fall evenings.
