We have researched and tasted some great wines and paired
each with a great vegan entree we would like to share with you.

First Course

Entree:
Kale and Buffalo Cauliflower Tabbouleh
with Cashew Encrusted braised Organic Tofu

Second Course

Green Truck Petite Sirah
Entree
Carrot and Fennel Risotto with Vegan Tempeh
Meatball finished with Golden Beet Crisps

Third Course
Wine:
Pali Riveria Pinot Noir- CA
Entree:
Lentil Wellington with an Organic Shiitake Mushroom
Ragu and finished with a smoked Cranberry Sauce

Fourth Course

Napa Cellars Zinfandel- Napa
Entree:
Chocolate covered Ice Cream Bars
and Cherry Chocolate Coconut Bars
