Charred Corn and Feta Salad with Black Beans, Frisee, Fresh Cilantro and mild Jalapeno Lime Dressing served with seasoned Air Fried Pita Chips topped with an Avocado Mousse

Second Course
Lake Sonoma Sauvignon Blanc

Goat Cheese and Beet Stack with Pistachios, Honey and Alpha Sprouts served with Arugula Green tossed in a Pancetta and Lemon cracked Peppered Vinaigrette

Third Course
Chalk Hill Red Blend

Garlic marinated Hanger Steak  topped with a Bacon Onion Jam over Roasted Zucchini Wild Rice Pilaf

Fourth Course
Ferrari Carano Dry Sangiovese Rose

Toasted Marshmallow Croissant Bread Pudding with a Flavored Apple Ice Cream and finished with a  Crème Anglaise
